บทความนี้ขอกล่าวถึงเรื่องการกำหนดให้ CSS แสดงผลเหมือนกันในทุก ๆ Browser ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนการกำหนดค่าเริ่มต้นในการทำงานกับ CSS
ภาพรวมของการกำหนดให้ CSS แสดงผลเหมือนกันในทุก Browser
1. ผู้พัฒนาจำเป็นจะต้องกำหนดค่าเริ่มต้น หรือ Reset ค่าทั้งหมดของการเริ่มต้น CSS ให้เหมือกัน
2. ผู้พัฒนาสามารถใส่ Tags ต่าง ๆ ลงไปได้ และกำหนดค่าเริ่มต้นในการทำงาน
